Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AJO Consultant – Senior Associate with expertise in Adobe Journey Orchestration (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The successful candidate will have proven practical experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing multichannel marketing journeys using the Adobe ecosystem.
This role requires strong technical skills, consultative capabilities, and an eye for governance and process control in marketing orchestration.
Positions are available in Mexico City, Querétaro, Monterrey, and Guadalajara, with a hybrid work scheme blending remote and onsite collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and manage event-driven customer journeys leveraging Adobe Journey Orchestration integrated with Adobe Experience Platform.
- Execute segmentation strategies and orchestrate multichannel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Web).
- Develop and automate workflows and processes via API integration to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, and business stakeholders for solution delivery.
- Maintain governance over campaign processes ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.
- Proactively learn and apply new capabilities in AJO/AEP to continuously improve client solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven practical experience with Adobe Journey Orchestration and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Solid understanding of multichannel digital marketing and event-driven campaign orchestration.
- Technical knowledge in API integration and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with segmentation techniques and campaign personalization strategies.
- Ability to consult and design journeys that integrate multiple Adobe products.
- Experience in governance, process control, and quality assurance within campaign management.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent experience.
