Sales executive job opportunity
we are seeking a sales executive to join our team in guadalajara, mexico. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential sellers across mexico through market analysis and field research.
key responsibilities include proactively identifying high-potential sellers across mexico through market analysis and field research, building trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors, and industry associations, developing customized growth strategies to increase sellers' gross merchandise value (gmv) through data-driven product selection, traffic acquisition tactics, and promotional campaign planning.
additionally, you will guide sellers through platform onboarding, including sku optimization, listing creation, and logistics setup, as well as provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans.
requirements:
* experience in b2b sales/e-commerce
* advanced excel skills (pivot tables/vlookup) & basic data analysis capability
* fluent in spanish and professional english (written/spoken)
* understanding of mexican manufacturing clusters (e.g., guadalajara footwear, león leather goods)
* knowledge of e-commerce
