Job DescriptionOn behalf of our client a newly established and regulated brokerage we are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead business growth across LATAM region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships expanding the Introducing Broker (IB) ultra / high net worth (U / HNW) clients & affiliate network and promoting the companys services across the LATAM market.LocationRemote (Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Peru, Argentina & Brazil).
ResponsibilitiesIdentify, recruit and manage IBs affiliates and partners in Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Peru, Argentina (Spanish-speaking) & Brazil (Brazil-speaking).
Develop and execute strategies to increase client acquisition and market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.Represent the company at industry events, expos and conferences in Asia.Provide feedback to senior management on local market trends, competitors and regulatory changes.Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Compliance, Payments) to ensure smooth operations.Monitor business performance in the region and prepare reports for management.RequirementsMinimum 3 years experience in business development within the Forex / Financial services / iGaming sector.Proven track record in developing IBs / affiliates in the LATAM region.Fluent in English plus one of the following: Spanish (for Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Peru, Argentina) or Portuguese (Brazil).
