Tasks:marketing operationsmaintain up-to-date brand marketing files, toolkits, and reference libraries.update mgs for the discipline and develop a library of reference materials for hotels.support leaders in the development and dissemination of training materials.develop and manage distribution lists for hotel communications.manage contact lists for brand owners, marketing agencies, and loyalty partners.coordinate travel and logistics for upcoming brand activations, and marketing events.consolidate year-end reporting for key stakeholders, including loyalty and f&b marketing teams.lead the coordination of cala's photography workflowassist team leaders in the 2026 budget planning process by providing documentation support.agency coordination & brand support. Establish and manage the approved list of agencies for brand marketing and loyalty initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
