**What You’ll Do**:
- **Lead & Inspire**: Manage and mentor a team of sales reps and appointment setters, empowering them to exceed targets and fuel business growth.
- **Create a Winning Culture**: Foster a dynamic, innovative, and motivating environment where success thrives and team morale remains high.
- **Drive Performance**: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase conversion rates, boost sales, and maximize revenue.
- **Empower & Elevate**: Offer coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance your team’s skills, helping them achieve their full potential.
- **Analyze & Optimize**: Oversee the quality assurance process for sales reps, ensuring adherence to high standards and consistent performance.
- **Verify & Confirm Appointments**: Ensure all appointments are verified and confirmed accurately, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
- **Manage Appointment Dispatching**: Efficiently manage the scheduling and dispatching of appointments to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution.
- **Engage with Customers** - Call potential leads to assist with rescheduling, rebooking, or completing their appointments.

**What You Bring to the Table**:
- 1-3 years of Sales Management experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in cold calling, with a background in solar panel companies (highly preferred).
- A passion for coaching and leadership - you know how to motivate and inspire success.
- Sharp decision-making skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you can engage, influence, and inspire at every level.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think big while executing the details.
- Tech-savvy and results-driven - you leverage data and tools to make informed decisions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $22,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
