Warehouse sr manager
responsibilities:
* analyze and follow up on the forecast and business plan for a better outcome in the p&l (profit and loss statement).
* review and negotiation of kpis with the client.
* responsible for the logistics operations outbound/shipping/inventory management.
* operational cost-saving proposals for the account.
* analysis and authorization of head count.
* strategic management of the support area (staff).
* responsible for generating and monitoring budgets.
* strategic planning for head count calculation.
* authorization of purchase orders for the site.
* manages expense control.
* negotiation of contract scope rates with the client.
* review of internal and external audits.
* strategic resource planning for peak season.
* payroll approval.

requirements
* bachelor ́s degree completed
* fluent in english (mus)
* experience working in warehousing processes: outbound/shipping/inventory management
* experience working in a 3pl (plus)
* availability to work monday to saturday
