Talent acquisition coordinator – help build an a-player team that changes lives

remote – full time | bilingual (english/spanish)

our company is expanding quickly, and we're looking for a driven talent acquisition coordinator to help us find and support the right people to join our team.

this role is perfect for someone who love connecting with candidates, organizing systems, and making hiring smooth and professional from start to finish.

you'll play a key role in shaping the culture, growing the team, and keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

what you'll do

recruitment & talent acquisition

* write and post engaging job ads on indeed, linkedin, and other platforms.
* screen applicants and conduct interviews focused on culture and performance fit.
* manage our applicant tracking system and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
* communicate clearly and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, quality of hire).

onboarding & hr support

* manage onboarding workflows and paperwork in maid central.
* create professional onboarding materials using canva and google workspace.
* coordinate with field and admin teams to ensure new hires are fully trained and supported.
* keep all employee documentation accurate and up to date.

operations & administrative support

* help track technician availability and assist with scheduling as needed.
* source and manage employee supplies or incentives.
* support department leaders with internal documentation and sop updates.

employee engagement & internal communication

* design flyers, digital assets, and internal announcements for the team.
* publish employee spotlights, recognition posts, and event updates.
* assist with contests, events, and engagement initiatives that boost morale.

what we're looking for

* 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hr support, or operations roles.
* highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
* excellent communication skills (written and verbal, english & spanish).
* comfortable with tools like google workspace, canva, and ats platforms.
* reliable, responsive, and self-directed in a remote environment.
* creative mindset with the ability to improve processes and solve problems.

bonus points if you have:

* experience in home services, cleaning, or field-based industries.
* familiarity with maid central, clickdesign, or dialpad.
* background in internal communications, hr projects, or employee engagement.
