Mybrp continuous improvement analyst

Position objective

* as an integral part of the mybrp team, you'll give an exceptional experience to the employees, giving them hr solutions from general requests about services, initiatives and practices from human resources, ensuring the organization has updated and immediate availability of documentation in the self-service platform, keeping this information accessible and trustworthy for the employees.

* to also provide strong support for the development and implementation of regional projects aligned with global standards that have a positive impact on the employee experience and contribute to a connected hr community.

* this role requires effective time management, autonomy, and an operational-analytic focus with strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, criteria for classifying information, and the digital-first mindset tools that optimize documentation management.



roles & responsibilities:

* propose and implement improvement projects to facilitate teamwork (trainings, processes, systems) and improve the employee experience

* create and manage the content of our self-service platform for mexico ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with global standards

* promote the adoption of the self-service platform as the go-to, one-stop shop for employees to access hr information, tools, and services.

* coach and guide employees to use self-service tools effectively, empowering them to find answers independently.

* mastery in ms office, knowledge of google suite and sap success factors is a plus

* identify and support the team in cases that require further investigation, documentation or updates from continuous improvement perspectives and projects.

* anticipate the business operation and propose processes oriented to improve the employee experience from onboarding until offboarding.

* answer our employees' questions; using procedures, policies, knowledge databases, other reference materials and skills in hr, etc.

* collaborate and consult with hr advisors, hr operations specialist or global practices specialist as required; to resolve cases, to get guidance or to clarify policies.

* proactively identify cases that require further investigation, documentation or update for continuous improvement perspectives and projects.

* create and maintain updated reference documents for the most frequent questions and procedures for the business's needs.

* ensure that all our requests are standardized and classified to maintain a high-quality level in the data.

* escalate and track cases routed to the hr advisor specialist on time if they cannot be answered by themselves.

* be an active participant and ambassador of the next gen and m28 strategies.

* actively participate in the global hr community of practice, contributing to shared knowledge, adopting global standards and bringing forward regional insights and innovations.

* follow brp values and behaviours.

* ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety-related topics.

* enforce quality brp policy.



skills:

* microsoft and google packages

* commercial and marketing background

* bilingual (fluent) – english/spanish

* communication tools skills

* kpis (interpretation and improvement)

* creation of visual aids, instructions and manuals of documented processes

* knowledge and hr technologies management



education:

bachelor: administration, marketing, human resources, international commerce or related


professional experience:

2 years: in human resources, customer service, data management



language:

* fluent in spanish written and verbal.

* english advanced (min. 80%) written specially

* french or german is an advantage.
