About the role
we're hiring an experienced gohighlevel (ghl) tech specialist to join our remote team. You'll be responsible for managing automations, workflows, reporting, and integrations that power a fast-moving us-based marketing and sales organization.
we're looking for someone who knows ghl inside and out, communicates well in english, and takes full ownership of their work. If you enjoy solving tech challenges and improving systems, you'll fit right in.
responsibilities
* build and manage ghl workflows, triggers, and pipelines
* configure phone numbers, call routing, and sms ai features
* create and maintain reports and dashboards for performance tracking
* set up and manage email, sms, and voicemail campaigns
* audit existing automations and suggest improvements
* work closely with operations, sales, and automation teams to optimize lead management
requirements
-2+ years of proven experience in gohighlevel (agency or sales environment preferred)
-strong knowledge of automations, triggers, and webhooks
-experience with twilio setup and phone/sms configurations
-familiarity with zapier, make (integromat), or api integrations
-excellent english (spoken and written)
-reliable internet and ability to work full-time remotely
nice to have
* experience with ai tools or advanced ghl reporting
* knowledge of client onboarding, lead scoring, or reactivation workflows
* previous experience working with sales or marketing agencies
