trax is seeking a marketing graphic designer to join their in‑house creative team. This role focuses on creating visually compelling designs and powerpoint presentations that support marketing, sales, and other internal teams.
you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams—particularly with shopkick, one of trax’s key brands—to deliver engaging visuals that drive impact across multiple channels. They’re looking for someone who brings creativity, precision, and marketing intuition to every project.

key responsibilities
* powerpoint & presentation design: create custom, high‑quality slides that effectively communicate ideas—beyond basic templates.
* marketing-driven design: apply marketing principles in every piece—strategic ctas, data visualization, and layouts that convert.
* cross-team support: collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to translate concepts and strategies into compelling visuals.
* brand consistency + innovation: maintain the brand identity while introducing fresh creative ideas.
* data visualization: transform complex data into engaging, easy-to‑understand visuals.
* editorial & digital design: design assets for social media, emails, reports, presentations, websites, and in‑app content.
* project management: handle projects from concept to final delivery, balancing creativity and accuracy.
* collaboration: work with global teams to ensure timely and high‑quality execution.
qualifications
* 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design (in‑house or agency).
* strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing campaigns, presentations, and layout design .
* proficiency in adobe creative suite (illustrator, photoshop, indesign) .
* experience with canva and familiarity with figma or similar tools.
* solid understanding of marketing principles and how design drives engagement.
* excellent grasp of typography, color theory, and layout composition .
* strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
* proven time‑management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
* experience in a tech environment is a plus.
* bachelor’s degree not required —we value passion and proven skill over formal education.
nice to have
* motion design or basic video editing skills (after effects, premiere pro).
* experience evolving or maintaining brand systems.
* basic understanding of html/css.
* ability to create gifs or lightweight motion graphics.
* experience designing for mobile or in‑app environments.
