the
employee relations manager
will lead all aspects of
personnel administration, compliance, and employee services,
ensuring consistent policy application, and readiness for internal and external audits
key responsibilities
* manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, internal movements, terminations, and personnel records.
* develop, document, and enhance hr policies and procedures with a focus on
standardization and compliance
.
* oversee labor relations, including union interactions, legal compliance, and workplace climate initiatives.
* lead hr-related audit processes and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
* serve as the main contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, compensation, and hr services.
* supervise transactional hr operations (tier model) and ensure proper escalation management.
* partner with payroll, ehs, facilities, learning & development, transportation, cafeteria, and other hr service areas.
requirements:
education:
* bachelor's degree in business administrationor related field.
* postgraduate studies or certification in labor relations, hr compliance, or organizational development.
required experience:
* 8+ years of experience
in
employee relations / personnel administration / hr shared services
roles within global environments.
* proven background in shared services models and hr transactional processes.
* strong understanding of
mexican labor law
, union management, and compliance procedures.
* experience leading or supporting
audit and compliance processes.

* skilled in process mapping and project management to coordinate complex hr service operations and ensure seamless deployment.
