What You’ll Do
The Bilingual Investigative Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing information to develop detailed profiles of individuals or entities, including identity, addresses, and professional and educational backgrounds. Utilizing a variety of third-party platforms, proprietary records, and social media, the Analyst identifies key insights and determines the most relevant information for client reports. They document findings in provided systems and support the investigative process by answering questions and offering subject‑matter expertise as needed. The role requires synthesizing data and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate, thorough, and timely deliverables. This is a fully in-person position.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial identity research to support the development of client reports.
- Perform detailed online searches using LexisNexis, media sources, and Mexico-based private databases such as BIL.
- Conduct research into areas such as corporate records, liens, judgments, criminal records, and news media, considering the client’s perspective on value and risk mitigation.
- Analyze publicly available records for accuracy, relevance, and applicability to the subject of investigation.
- Prepare clear, concise written summaries of research findings for internal stakeholders.
What You May Need to be Successful
- Individual must be Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in fields focused on writing and research such as journalism, English, or history.
- 1‑2 years of experience in investigative research or a related field preferred; background in journalism, due diligence, or strong academic research and writing skills is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and conducting internet based research; familiarity with LexisNexis is preferred.
- Exceptional research skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work under multiple deadlines with a sense of urgency, maintaining a commitment to accuracy and thorough deliverables.
