Salary & Benefits
Payroll (MXN): $23,000 – $32,000 MXN + law benefits
Direct/Contractor (MXN): $28,000 – $38,000 MXN net + benefits
Final salary will be determined based on experience.
About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Generalist, you'll execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across
email, social media, website, and SEO-driven channels
. This role is idóneo for someone who can balance creativity with technical execution and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to support institutional growth.
You'll play a key role in driving brand consistency, optimizing campaigns, and creating content that resonates with our audience
What You'll Do
Digital Campaign Execution
- Plan and implement digital campaigns across social media, email, website, and emerging platforms
- Build landing pages, email sequences, promotional assets, and internal/external communications
Content Creation & Management
- Manage content calendars and publish on multiple platforms
- Write copy, create digital assets, and produce content aligned with brand voice
SEO & Analytics
- Implement SEO strategies and support keyword optimization
- Track performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on KPIs and ROI
Collaboration & Brand Support
- Work closely with creative, IT/web, admissions, and leadership teams
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Support institutional marketing initiatives and growth goals
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and
4 years of marketing experience
, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in
at least 3
of the following areas:
Email marketing (segmentation, automation, A/B testing, CRM/ESP)
Social media community management (3+ platforms)
Content creation (copywriting, graphics, storytelling)
SEO strategy & performance tracking
Analytics/reporting dashboards (Google Analytics or similar)
