What you will do
- Develop and execute social media strategies
- Curate and repurpose content from existing libraries and YouTube clips for reels, carousels, and short‑form storytelling
- Edit short‑form videos in CapCut and design visually cohesive posts in Canva
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and story interactions
- Monitor analytics dashboards, track KPIs weekly, and share growth reports with co‑founders
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and coordinate lightly with the YouTube editor
- Securely work with customers' sensitive information
What you need to succeed
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- At least 2 years managing social media for a creator, influencer, or digital brand
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and social analytics tools
- Excellent written communication and awareness of trends
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and balance data‑driven insights with creative storytelling
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Excellent time‑management skills
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8 GB of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
