**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation**: Produce engaging content such as blog posts, videos, social media posts, and employee testimonials that highlight our company culture and values.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze recruitment marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
- **Employer Branding**: Enhance and maintain our company’s presence on employer review sites and job boards to attract top talent.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or a related marketing role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing software.
- Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in employer branding and talent engagement strategies is a plus.
