Overview
Business Development Representative (B2B sales) role focused on outbound lead generation for a fast-growing fractional HR and recruiting consultancy serving startups in consumer goods, e-commerce, apparel, beverage, and beauty brands. The company launched 9 months ago and is expanding its reach to accelerate business growth through proactive client acquisition. This role is focused on outbound activities, not selling or closing, and involves identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and booking meetings for the founder with background information to support tailored pitches.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Prospect potential clients through emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other proactive methods to generate new business opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM software (no prior experience required).
- Meeting Booking: Schedule and confirm meetings for the founder, preparing key background materials on each prospect.
- Outreach Materials: Draft customized outreach messages that reflect a selective, non-mass-message approach.
- Market Feedback: Share insights from prospect interactions to inform strategy.
- KPI Tracking: Record daily activities and consistently track and report KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of prior experience as a BDR (not a first-time BDR role).
- Background in staffing, recruiting, or HR tech; staffing industry experience is adecuado.
- Organized, self-directed, and results-driven.
- Comfortable using CRMs to manage leads and track progress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Based in LATAM.
