The financial controller is responsible for leading and overseeing all accounting and financial operations of the company. Key responsibilities include preparing periodic financial reports, maintaining a robust system of accounting records, analyzing financial statements, ensuring tax compliance, and implementing controls and budgets to mitigate financial risks.
education:
bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (required).
master's degree in financial or administrative areas is desirable.
experience:
minimum of 10 years in managerial positions within accounting, controllership, or finance.
extensive knowledge in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting, and tax compliance.
proven experience implementing internal controls and continuous improvement processes.
experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
technical knowledge:
proficiency in microsoft office suite (advanced excel, word, powerpoint).
strong knowledge of applicable tax, accounting, and regulatory standards.
advanced english level (90% required).
