scheduling and dispatching: use radio, phone, or computer systems to direct field crews and units to appropriate locations based on predetermined schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs.
prioritization: organize calls according to urgency and supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedules.
communication: relay information between work crews, field inspectors, supervisors, and emergency personnel.
problem resolution: speak with supervisors or customers to resolve issues, address service requests, and provide necessary information.
