Overview as a scheduling coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the clinical team and chief operating officer to coordinate staffing and scheduling of the services, as well as perform a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities work collaboratively with human resources and the clinical team to coordinate staffing and scheduling of therapists with clients. Generate flexible reports on scheduling status of cases and contract fulfillment. Utilize scheduling software to manage client and staff schedules. Track and manage staff and client cancellations, and coordinate coverage or make-up sessions. Arrange field training for new therapists. Support program development. Provide support to the scheduling team (data entry, phone calls, sending emails, filing, etc.). Process and submit claims and billing data to insurance providers and funding sources. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements customer service and administrative experience. Minimum 1 year of staffing and scheduling experience. Bilingual (english-spanish) strong interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly, approachable, and highly organized.
