Job Purpose
Lead the software architecture and development of the MyProfile application, incl. project and change management, interfaces to related systems and ensuring the system remains in a validated state
Job Functions:
- Project Management, act as Project Leader for configuration of new processes and configuration changes.
- Change Request administration / receipt of problem reports and coordination of Change implementation.
- Distribute the workload to developers according to the different tasks and priority.
- Carry out tests to verify that the work of the developers complies with the specifications.
- Monitor technology to identify new technologies that can improve the system.
- Be a source of proposals and propose solutions to optimize the tool.
- Ensure interfaces to other IT systems are working.
- Maintenance activities, incl. user administration.
- Maintenance of system documentation incl. user guides and work instructions.
- Train level 2 support technicians in the application.
- Coordination of Subcontractors: Distribute the workload according to the different tasks and the need, manage projects according to deadlines and control the work of the developers: carry out tests to verify that the work of the developers complies with the specifications.
- Lead Software Architecture and Development: Receive and analyze customer needs, estimate workload (pre-study), match the software architecture to customer needs, propose technical solutions, monitor technology to identify new technologies that can improve the system, be a source of proposals and propose solutions to optimize the tool.
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in object-oriented software architecture and UI/UX design
- Proficiency in C# (including LINQ), Rest API, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, Bootstrap and Microsoft SQL
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Azure DevOps, Active Directory and Directory Services IIS
- Experience with version control systems like Git and working in agile development environments
- Experience with project management and holding training courses
- Extensive experience in computerized system validation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good communicator, intercultural and networking skills
- Ability to work independently in a well-structured and systematic manner
