key responsibilities
1. System implementation and technical delivery
responsible for the installation, deployment, and configuration of software systems, including but not limited to:
dispatch console / call-taking console software
gis mapping, positioning, and visualization modules
recording, logging, and alarm modules
cad / incident ticketing / dispatch workflow systems
responsible for bwc system implementation, including:
configuration, firmware upgrades, and batch import of body cameras
installation and network integration of multi-docking stations
deployment and configuration of the evidence management platform / evidence center software
participate in and lead system integration and testing, including:
integration with radio systems (dmr / tetra / lte / mcx, etc.)
integration with the client's existing ip network (vlan, vpn, firewalls, etc.)
integration with video surveillance platforms, recording systems, and other subsystems
prepare implementation documentation, including installation manuals, configuration records, test cases, and test reports (fat / sat).
2. Delivery process management and on-site work
act as a project manager during technical plan review and delivery schedule planning, providing input on timelines and resource allocation.
execute on-site deployment according to plan and maintain close communication with clients.
provide on-site technical support during critical project milestones (fat, sat, pilot run, and final acceptance).
3. Customer technical support and training
serve as the main technical contact for the client during the implementation phase and respond promptly to technical issues.
conduct technical and operational training sessions for clients.
qualifications
1. Education
bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications engineering, electronic information, computer science, network engineering, or related fields preferred.
2. Skills and experience
1–3 years of experience in
security, ict, system integration, or public safety project implementation
, such as:
command center, video surveillance, radio communication, access control/alarm, or data center projects.
familiarity with or basic knowledge in the following areas:
ip networks (tcp/ip, vlans, routing, switching basics)
installation and basic administration of windows server or linux systems
basic database knowledge (e.g., mysql / sql server installation and backup concepts)
ability to read and write basic english technical documentation (product manuals, installation guides, etc.).
