Coordinating training and certification for key roles. Holding authority to enforce food safety and quality policies through adherence to gmp, while fostering a culture of hygiene and food safety. Responsible for informing designated quality personnel about issues related to the food safety management system (fsms). Responsible for complying with the established knowledge and skills matrix. Who are we looking for?
