this position will be in charge of sourcing, evaluating, selecting and on boarding amazing talent to create strong partnership with cross functional teams and deliver best-in-class candidate experience.in a typical week you willattend the requests received by the areas of ri, finance, capital markets, banking, equity research, growth in terms of attracting and selecting talent (based on the strategy of the same).
research national/international talent & top recruitment tools.ensure the values and integrity of the candidates.create an extraordinary experience for each candidate who participates in our recruitment and selection process to build reputation as an "employer of choice".
keep the application track system, vacancy base updated & the base of talent monitoring (internal control).
support on the beginning of the onboarding processbuilding partnerships with strategic stakeholders to ensure the accomplishment of hiring needstraining of stakeholders in the management and usage of new hr digital platforms and interviewing techniquesqualificationsbachelor's degree (psychology, business administration, etc.) or equivalent experience languageenglish - intermediatetechnical skillssolid knowledge about the financial market and sources for relevant talentstrong knowledge in recruitment best practices in the e2e processdeep expertise in the finance, banking, equity research and digital positionssoft skillsbusiness partnering and networkingstrong verbal and communication skillsstrong ability to deliver against tight timelinesout of the box mindsetstrategic thinkingresults orienteddata-driven and quantitative analytic skillsrequisites: 4+ yoe in massive recruitment of customer service positions.
