Job Summary
We are seeking a Communications Analyst to support both internal and external communication initiatives at Truelogic. This cross‑functional role bridges People and Marketing, fostering community, engagement and storytelling internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Support People in crafting and distributing internal announcements, newsletters and corporate event communications.
- Draft and coordinate internal messages for different departments, ensuring clear and timely communication across teams.
- Monitor internal communication channels (Slack, newsletters, internal platforms).
- Monitor and respond to feedback on Glassdoor, crafting thoughtful responses to reviews.
- Maintain content calendars and communication plans to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
- Contribute creative ideas for storytelling that celebrate people, milestones and company culture.
- Assist with managing Truelogic’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) in coordination with Marketing.
- Create, schedule and engage with posts that reflect our brand voice and showcase people and culture.
- Act as community manager by interacting with followers, responding to comments and fostering engagement.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing insights to enhance content strategy.
- Support campaigns and events that strengthen our employer brand and external reputation.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in communications, content management or community‑related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and internal communication tools (LinkedIn, Slack, HubSpot).
- Creative and proactive, able to turn information into engaging content.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills for internal and external audiences.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work cross‑functionally to align communication strategies.
