role description
we are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic technical and sales consultant passionate about the construction sector and building envelope solutions to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical and commercial advice on architectural envelope projects, offering innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions for building facades and envelopes.
responsibilities
* advise architects, engineers, builders, and clients on the selection of building envelope products and systems.
* develop and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to the specific needs of each project.
* conduct site visits to assess conditions and offer recommendations
* coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure compliance with project requirements
* participate in the development of technical specifications and relevant documentation
* stay up-to-date on innovations and trends in architectural envelope solutions.
* follow up on projects from initial client prospection to completion (closing the sale), ensuring client satisfaction.
qualifications
required:
* bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field.
* minimum of 2 years of experience in technical consulting and/or sales in the areas of architectural building envelopes, facades, or construction.
* customer-oriented, with strong negotiation and teamwork skills.
* willingness to travel and conduct site visits (frequent travel).
* ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
* advanced english
preferred:
* knowledge of insulation systems, facades, enclosures, and building envelope materials.
