Performance Marketing Manager (Remote Mexico) – Future Opening
Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency that specializes in SaaS and tech companies. We use our proprietary Customer Generation methodology, focusing on SQLs and Customers rather than traditional MQL metrics. Our services include Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, and Video, creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that consistently help clients hit their SQL targets.
The Paid Strategist is a client‑facing role responsible for day‑to‑day deliverables, creating and managing custom strategies, and communicating with both clients and internal stakeholders to execute Paid Media initiatives. In this role you will gain experience creating high‑performing Paid strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
- Serve as direct support to client contacts.
- Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvements.
- Drive referrals through client relationships and professional networking.
- Build strategies for clients each quarter.
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
- Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM.
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
- Manage personal productivity and utilization.
- Work with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved.
- Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
Qualifications (What You Offer)
- 3+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.
- Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
- Deep expertise in paid search and paid social advertising (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of PPC principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data‑driven decisions.
- Ability to drive results and measure via OKRs.
- Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
- Unique perspective on driving value for SaaS.
- Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data.
- Competitive, curious problem‑solver.
- Passionate about industry trends, always looking to grow and share.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

- Will travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client or as needed.

Work Environment Requirements
As a remote‑first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional use of our state‑of‑the‑art offices in Irvine, California. For some positions we accommodate global opportunities where we have established businesses (Canada, the UK, and Australia). For general locations, you must have established work authorization and permanently reside in that country.
This role operates 100% virtually from your home office. Collaboration occurs through virtual meetings (Zoom) and Slack. You must operate a laptop (PC or Mac) and relevant productivity tools. The role requires you to remain stationary for extended periods, understand written and verbal communication, have reliable internet access, and maintain a professional background.
