Job Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients: gather, challenge, and refine requirements by asking the right questions and diving deep into business processes.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, setting high standards for technical delivery and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Directors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Perform data transformation and analysis using SQL to ensure accuracy, scalability, and alignment with client objectives.
- Design, configure, and extend solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM/ERP modules) and Power Apps.
- Contribute to the design of solution flows and provide thought leadership in technical decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Job Requirements
- Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM/ERP).
- Impeccable punctuality (schedules are adaptable but being in time for meetings is crucial)
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, or solution delivery roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
- 5+ years of experience using SQL for data transformation and integration.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and translate technical concepts clearly.
- Naturally curious and investigative mindset; able to uncover the why behind client needs.
- 3+ years in senior or lead roles with mentoring responsibilities.
- Comfortable working across global teams and managing collaboration across time zones.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience with the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Experience in solution architecture or involvement in technical design discussions.
- Background in consulting firms or IT services companies.
- Nearshore experience is a plus, though adaptability and openness are more important.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times.
We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times.
Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
