Job Summary
The role requires an individual with exceptional leadership and business acumen to oversee client relationships and drive revenue growth. As a senior management professional, you will lead a team of account managers and legal assistants to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios and provide guidance on international structuring.
- Analyze and interpret regulations, procedures, and documents related to clients' legal and fiscal opportunities.
- Establish and manage corporate and private legal structures, contributing to the growth and marketing of the business.
- Administer a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships, and trusts in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Maintain contract records for corporate clients and verify minutes of shareholder meetings and proxies.
- Ensure the quality of client files, guaranteeing that companies are capitalized and management agreements are available.
- Monitor and manage all client accounting and legal activities to ensure timeliness and quality.
- Coordinate tax, administration, and banking matters with the Client Accounting Department.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' activities and ensure actions taken align with their purposes within the legal and economic framework.
- Adhere to Amicorp's 4-Pillar approach and address compliance-related risks on behalf of clients.
- Achieve financial chargeability targets, handle pricing, invoicing, and collection of outstanding fees.
- Promote Amicorp through specialized round tables and publications.
- Collaborate with Local Management, Client Acceptance Committee, and Compliance to find commercial solutions for onboarding and ongoing client administration/service.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Accounting, Tax, or a related field; additional qualifications desirable.
- At least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in senior management positions in the financial services industry (preferably with international exposure).
- Strong commercial mindset, initiative, positivity, and proactivity.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; successful team management experience.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with well-developed spoken and written communication skills and ability to tailor style to relevant audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to adapt to a smaller, dynamic local team environment and part of a bigger matrix organization.
