Job Title: Payroll Specialist
This role involves managing the administration of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations. The successful candidate will have experience in calculating salaries, preparing payment layouts, and digitally sealing invoices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Verify incidents in payroll systems and social security portals
- Determine staff payroll, including all incidents
- Prepare payment layouts for bank disbursement
- Digitally seal payroll invoices (CFDI) for distribution to staff
- Submit monthly and bi-monthly Social Security and federal filings
- Determine severance pay and personnel liquidation
- Book payroll and related taxes in the accounting system
- Support Human Resources, Accounting, and Finance departments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, STPS)
- Proven experience in payroll calculation and digitally sealing of payroll invoices (CFDI 4.0)
- Advanced management of payroll systems
- Experience in calculating severance pay, settlements, and bonuses
- Ability to reconcile payroll with accounting and prepare financial reports
- Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security audits
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with government portals

Education and Experience:
