Overview
we're hiring a lifecycle marketing specialist to take ownership of our email strategy — from nurturing new leads to re-engaging old clients and onboarding new partners. If you've built email flows, segmented audiences, and worked with tools like activecampaign, klaviyo, or hubspot, we'd love to hear from you.
this role is all about building smart email automations that move people to action — whether that's placing their first order, renewing their service, or referring others. You'll also help us organize our crm, clean our lists, and measure performance across every campaign you run. You'll work closely with the ceo and our marketing team — but we expect you to bring your own ideas and take ownership of your part of the funnel.
responsibilities
* creating and optimizing email sequences for both clients and partners
* creating and collaborating on clear, useful email campaigns
* organizing contacts by lifecycle stage, behavior, and business type
* testing ideas and improving results based on data
* collaborating with our team to make sure your work connects to paid ads, seo, and outreach campaigns
* manage email marketing initiatives
* utilize marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign workflows and improve efficiency
* conduct customer segmentation analysis
requirements
* hands-on experience building automated email flows
* understand how to map out a customer journey across multiple touchpoints
* confidence working with email and crm tools (like activecampaign or similar)
* ability to track performance and make improvements without being told
* communicates clearly, takes initiative, and enjoys building systems that run on their own
* have worked with tools like activecampaign, klaviyo, or hubspot
