we are hiring a highly organized, tech-savvy, and bilingual (english-spanish) mortgage jr. Loan processor to support a high-volume u.s. mortgage pipeline. If you have experience in mortgage loans, love working in a fast-paced environment, and are proactive in managing client and lender communications—we want to meet you
responsibilities:
* assist in managing loan conditions and follow-ups post lender submission
* translate and explain conditions clearly to borrowers
* collect, organize, and review borrower documents
* communicate with underwritters, account managers, and aes to resolve documentation needs
* maintain accuracy across los platforms, lender portals, and broker systems
* track milestones (submission, ptd, ctc, funding) and escalate issues as needed
* keep arive and internal trackers updated
* report status to loan officer and maintain organized records
* manage loan officer's calendar, prepare documents, and follow up with leads
* communicate proactively with borrowers, lenders, title, and agents
* provide operational support during loan officer's absence
* do 3rd party order outs such as voes, title, appraisal orders and more.if you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy taking initiative, we invite you to apply
requirements:
qualifications:
2+ years experience in mortgage processing, ideally within the retail and wholesale channels
proven ability to manage files independently from submission to clear-to-close
familiarity with fha, dscr, itin, bank statement, and non-qm loan programs
fully bilingual in english and spanish (spoken and written)
excellent communication and organizational skills
detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
access to a personal computer and stable internet connection
