We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management of residential and/or commercial properties. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, and handling rent collection, while maintaining overall asset value and operational efficiency.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management of residential and/or commercial properties. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, and handling rent collection, while maintaining overall asset value and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of properties.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Handle tenant communication and issue resolution.
- Manage lease agreements and property documentation.
- Collect rent and follow up on late payments.
- Monitor expenses and maintain basic financial records.
- Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance.
- Manage move‑ins and move‑outs.
- Prepare reports for property owners.
- Ensure properties remain compliant with internal policies and regulations.

Requirements

- English fluency
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related role.
- Knowledge of lease agreements and tenant management.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Problem‑solving mindset.
- Professional and responsible attitude.

Nice to Have

- Experience with short‑term rentals (Airbnb, Booking, VRBO).
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
- Familiarity with property management software.
- Maintenance or construction background.
