Your next challenge

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Conduct outbound calls and personalized outreach to generate new business leads.

- Qualify prospects based on company size, structure, existing benefits, and potential needs.

- Use Salesforce and lead intelligence tools to prioritize and sequence outreach.

2. Consultative Discovery & Value Articulation

- Conduct structured discovery calls to uncover workforce engagement challenges.

- Present Pluxee solutions (meal, culture, mobility, recognition) with a focus on employee impact and employer ROI.

- Articulate how benefits are used by employees across the merchant network.

3. Deal Management & Closure

- Manage full sales cycle from first call to close, including configuration of commercial offers.

- Update Salesforce with lead qualification data, opportunity progress, and next steps.

- Meet and exceed targets for lead conversion, opportunity value, and activity cadence.

4. Internal Collaboration & Feedback Loop

- Share client objections, buying trends, and market signals with Marketing and Product.

- Align with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth client activation.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.

Work Experience

- 1–3 years in outbound telesales, digital prospecting, or inside sales.

- SaaS, HR platforms, or employee benefit solution experience is a strong advantage.

Executes high-volume, high-quality outreach and quickly identifies potential.

Leads discovery conversations that explore business needs and map them to engagement value.

- Salesforce CRM Mastery
Maintains rigorous tracking of all leads, stages, and activities.

- SaaS Product Fluency
Explains how Pluxee’s digital platform supports employee motivation and simplifies benefit delivery.

- Commercial Offer Configuration
Tailors solution components to small business budgets and fiscal logic.
