Responsibilities
with our consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to deliver results and excellence in execution.
* comply with sales objectives, distribution, product mix, photo of success in each customer service.
* census accounts where our current executives are not executing.
* close agreements on top accounts.
* negotiate implementation of activities that increase ros.
* execute and track promotional activities.
* tracking, controlling, and executing point‑of‑sale material.
* develop and manage the promotional plan for your territory based on the delivery of business priorities.
* manage the performance of the territory / channel / account on a monthly / quarterly basis, working with the clients / distributor to guarantee delivery of the forecast and budget (volume / value / execution) in line with bacardi scorecard.
* act as the leading contact with the client, creating effective long‑term relationships with customers.
* monitor the activities of the competition and generate action plans based on the analysis.
* communicate effectively with clients to seek input to improve products and services and solve day‑to‑day operational questions / problems.
* develop talent that can position bacardi in everyone's mind.
* implement the best standardized business practices.
* have a thorough knowledge of bacardi history and culture.
* connect resources and capabilities (for example, revenue growth management (rgm), point of sale (pos), research, sales of support materials) to support local business objectives.
