role summary
we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join kdn as an audit learning & development senior executive and soqm controls operator. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to shape the learning journey of our audit professionals in our mexico wholly owned delivery center while ensuring the robust operation of our system of quality management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and delivering high‑quality learning programs and in maintaining the effectiveness of our quality control processes.
key accountabilities
* support the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive learning and development strategies for audit professionals, aligning with firm‑wide objectives and regulatory requirements.
* work with the us l&d and global dc to implement onboarding, new and annual refresher learning programs
* evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
* partner with audit leadership, hr, and other internal stakeholders to understand learning needs and priorities.
* communicate effectively with audit professionals regarding learning opportunities and requirements.
soqm controls operation operation & monitoring
* execute and monitor the operation of key hr controls within the system of quality management (soqm) framework.
* perform regular checks and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
* identify and investigate control deficiencies or deviations, escalating issues as appropriate.
* develop process narratives and compliance tests
this is the job for you if you have:
* proven experience in audit, with a strong understanding of audit methodologies and professional standards.
* experience in quality management systems or internal controls, preferably within a professional services environment.
* previous experience in learning and development, preferably within the audit or financial services sector.
* familiarity with learning management systems (lms) and e‑learning tools.
* experience in facilitating training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
* familiarity with various training delivery methods (e.g., in‑person, virtual, blended).
* excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
* strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
* ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
