responsibilities
create and maintain detailed cad models and drawings for complex components and assemblies.
collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
review and analyze designs for feasibility and compliance with regulations standards and client requirements.
assist in the preparation of project documentation including reports specifications and cost estimates.
mentor junior cad designers providing guidance and support in design processes and software use.
qualifications
you must have
bachelors degree from an accredited institution in mechanical engineering design or a related field.
7 years of experience in cad design and drafting.
proficiency in cad software such as solidworks autocad or catia.
strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards.
excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs.
