role
the marketing manager is responsible for coordinating and executing the core functions that keep the marketing program running at scale. This role manages the marketing calendar, promotions, retention campaigns, website updates, reporting, social channels, and agency relationships. The right candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in e-commerce marketing operations with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
responsibilities
marketing calendar & campaigns
* own the marketing calendar and align campaigns to seasonal moments, holidays, and brand priorities.
* oversee promotional planning, offer testing, and cross-channel execution in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
* ensure consistent communication across channels, including retention, paid, and social.
retention (email & sms)
* manage campaign timelines and approvals.
* review content for brand alignment and accuracy.
* track campaign performance and highlight opportunities to optimize engagement and ltv.
social media oversight
* oversee brand presence across social platforms; ensure content calendars are aligned with marketing campaigns.
* partner with creative and community teams to ensure timely posting and channel growth.
* monitor performance and report on audience trends.
website & merchandising
* manage updates to the homepage and promotional banners.
* curate collections and product features to support key campaigns.
* partner with merchandising and design teams on seasonal priorities.
operations & reporting
* manage relationships with agencies across paid, retention, and seo.
* support monthly and weekly reporting by compiling performance data across channels.
* track core metrics including cvr, aov, and retention rates; summarize insights for leadership.
* coordinate team meetings, agency syncs, and vendor contracts.
team support & growth
* contribute to process improvements and maintain sops.
* support hiring, interviews, and onboarding of new team members.
* collaborate across functions to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to standard.

* 3–5 years in e-commerce or consumer marketing
