About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead a high‑performing sales team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, build partnerships with restaurants in the local food industry, coach and develop the team, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. You will design, execute, and scale the go‑to‑market strategy for hunters, eventually evolving into a farmer model focused on long‑term partner growth and regional expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Business Developers to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service above expectations.
- Enable Business Developers to achieve the highest standards in terms of execution.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
- Generate a deep business understanding to gain insights and transform them into actionable plans.
- Ensure the perfect execution of commercial plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, field sales leadership, or commercial operations, ideally in tech, consumer goods, retail or delivery.
- Proven track record managing large, field‑based sales teams and driving performance results.
- Strategic and data‑driven thinking with experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Able to bring solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
